Information we collect
We collect account information (via Clerk), documents and findings you upload, billing information (via Stripe), and basic usage and diagnostic data needed to run the service.
How we use information
To provide the service, process payments, communicate operational notices, monitor reliability and security, and comply with legal obligations.
Sub-processors
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for language-model inference, and Replit for hosting and database.
Data retention and your rights
Documents and findings remain in your account until you delete them. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting info@redct.ai.
