Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and redct and govern your access to and use of the redct service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

redct is a service of Lumerra Supply LLC, a Texas limited liability company located at 305 Miron Drive, Southlake, Texas 76092, United States.

The service

redct provides AI-assisted detection of potentially sensitive information in documents you upload, a review workspace for accepting or rejecting findings, and an export step that produces a redacted PDF.

Your content

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload. You grant redct a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate the service for you.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

HIPAA, PHI, and regulated content

The HIPAA PHI detection preset is a detection aid only. Use of the preset does not make redct a Business Associate, and we do not currently sign Business Associate Agreements. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the service is permitted under applicable laws.
